New Horizons Webinar Sponsorship
In 2020, the Society launched the Webinar series with the goal of covering a number of topics relevant to our physicians enabling them to experience a varied and stimulating selection of educational exchanges, while also learning about new products and technologies. Our goal is to assist our physician members and trainees in applying new techniques and technologies that will help generate the best patient outcomes. This program provides an opportunity for our industry partners to offer quality, stimulating and engaging educational content to the Society’s members and trainees.
We invite you to sponsor one of our upcoming Webinars. The cost of webinar sponsorship is $10,000 for a one-hour session. Your contribution will enable the Society to continue offering programming and funding to our members and the vascular surgery community by way of travel grants, research fellowships and educational opportunities to medical students and trainees throughout the year to name a few.
As one of the premier regional vascular societies, The Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society (MVSS) is dedicated to research, science and high-quality education of its members. We are fortunate to have in our membership some of the leading vascular and endovascular surgeons representing the largest institutions in the Midwest region and a diverse group of MVSS faculty members who are also key opinion leaders (KOL).
The speakers will consist of active members of the MVSS, and along with the topics, will be agreed upon by the MVSS and the sponsoring company. The program content will be disease specific and focused on data. The final content must be approved by the MVSS Educational Outreach Committee and assessed for conflict of interest. We will work with you to identify four junior faculty MVSS member speakers from both academic and community programs, who will be invited to discuss topics of common clinical importance to our Society, leaving ample time for discussion. Two “senior” MVSS members will serve as Moderators. The Society approves and will promote and register all attendees. CME is not granted by the MVSS CME provider. The participants will not be paid an honorarium for their time and the total cost of the webinar sponsorship will be paid to the society.
On behalf of the Executive Council of the Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society, we would like to thank you for your interest in this educational offering.
We look forward to working with you. Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
