Dear Industry Partner,
We invite you to participate at Midwestern Vascular 2021, our Hybrid 45th Annual Meeting to be held September 9-11, 2021 at the Westin Chicago River North. This year we are having a “Hybrid” meeting incorporating a “live” in-person and virtual event.
The Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society is one of the premier regional vascular societies. Each year at our Society meeting, attendance is consistently excellent, and we are fortunate to have in our membership some of the leading vascular and endovascular surgeons representing the largest institutions in the Midwest region participate. The Society is dedicated to offering high quality, comprehensive education through excellent scientific sessions and programs designed for our young trainees.
The Society is pleased to offer our industry partners an opportunity to be part of its 2021 programming and invite you to take advantage of a number of creative opportunities that will showcase your company in front of not just our Annual Meeting attendees and trainees, but the Society’s entire membership. We remain confident that our 2021 Hybrid format will continue to deliver stimulating and engaging educational content and offer greater flexibility, a better learning experience and attract more members that otherwise may not have the opportunity to attend the live meeting.
We invite your company to participate as an exhibitor, and gain excellent exposure through marketing and sponsorship opportunities. The fee for exhibiting is $4,000 for a tabletop display.
There is limited exhibit space at this year’s meeting. The Society is working with the hotel to provide the best possible scenario and accommodate as many companies as possible.
